Registered Nurses (RN)
General description of the position:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, care planning, and coordination with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Active professional license
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of 24 hours of continuing education (CEUs), up to date
- Completion of a 1-hour Alzheimer’s/Elder Affairs training
- Current physical examination and tuberculosis screening confirming freedom from communicable diseases
- Liability Insurance
